updates.

Well my last post was December 1st and it's now the 26th!.
In between we have had Madisons 3rd birthday,horrible drainage problems and Christmas.

Madison had an amazing 3rd birthday and was well and truly spoilt.She loved her little party,being the centre of attention dressed as a princess complete with princess castle cake!.It was so funny when we started singing happy birthday she ran away and went all grumpy lol until she seen her cake and was beaming with smiles,so glad I got it on film.It was an improvement on last years as Madison actually cried when we sang and brought her cake in,she never has been one for singing.

Liv is doing brilliantly,coming on so much especially with her speech,new words this week were "teddy" and "seetie" for sweetie lol,she also understands commands like "go and lie down whilst I change your bum" or "go and get me the wipes/teddy please".

We have had some disgusting going ons with our drains,in the past 3 weeks it has been blocked twice resulting in raw sewage in the yard!.The system is backfalling which means the water is running back towards the house instead of away.I really have come to hate this house,this on top of the black mould and shoddy workmanship.I just cannot wait to move to my nans,we have decided to save for a mortgage instead of getting a council house as were sick of renting!.We are hopefully moving in March.

Christmas was great with Madison having a real understanding this year.She watched her message from father Christmas online then left him some milk and cookies out.For the reindeers,marshmellows and carrots were left out.6am came and Madison was straight downstairs to see if he had been lol,Liv gave the presents a good opening too.We had a 3 bird roast for dinner this year,it wad so nice and better than dry turkey.It was Livs first Christmas dinner and she thoroughly enjoyed it along with chocolate pudding and ice cream for afters.
I will have to upload some pictures when I come online,the girls look so alike!.

eek it's December

This time 3 years ago I was 1 day overdue.I had a consultant appointment including a specialist scan to see how my amniotic fluid levels were.I then had a membrane sweep and was already 1-2cms then Madison came into the world early hours of the 4th December.
We are having a little party for Madison tomorrow,she is so excited bless.I cannot believe how fast these 3 years have gone,they really don't stay babies for long.I have so much to do including all the decorating and a major tidy up lol.Paul is at a works doo so I'm left in charge-great!
I will update some photos of tomorrow when I get chance.

On another note I start volunteering in January for our local hospital being a ward assistant.I think this is the only way I'm going to get experience and proove that I really do want to change careers!.
I am so excited,i am doing 9-2 then off to my awful paid job from 4-8.It is going to be tiring but you don't get anywhere without a bit of hard work.

My baby is one!

Olivia is now a whole one years old! I just can't believe it,where does the time go? It doesn't seem a whole year ago that she was a day old and we were having cuggles on the sofa.Now she is a proper little cheeky chops who never ceases to amaze me!.
On Saturday we had a party and a bbq for her,with a whopping 20+ guests.Liv was spoiled rotten and loved every minute.She especially loved her cake.







It's sometimes hard to believe how fast they grow up.



And we made it to the one year breastfeeding milestone! I have decided to carry on and see how things go as of the past 4 nights she has slept through which was the only reason i would consider giving up,but if she is sleeping then i don't see the need.

Ahh love my little family.

Where does time go?

This time last year it was my due date! I 100% knew Liv wouldn't be an early bird as her sister arrived 3 days late too.I can't believe how fast that has gone and in 5 days she will be ONE! She took her first steps two weeks away,two little wobbly ones but has since decided that is enough lol and has only took two more since haha,we have nicknamed her Nev after the little puppet on CbbC as all she says at the moment is "yeah".Olivia has also started giving kisses too which is just too cute,eeek she won't be a baby for much longer :(.
We are having a party which has turned out to be quite a big celebration but hey your only one once.We have everything ready now and just need to get the final touches,i can't wait,i think i'm more excited than Madison who has decided she wants to dress up as a princess-bless.
Then on the 10th September we are going away for a week in a lovely private cottage,just what we needed after this very up and down year.I can't wait to sink in the hot tub after a day out whilst the kids are in bed and just relax!

How time flies.

I am 22 now! I feel old even though i'm not,the random grey hairs and bags under the eyes tell a different story.
An update on the girls,Olivia is trying to crawl,she sits up then throws herself forward,gets on all fours and starts rocking back and forth.I couldn't believe it! lol.She has also mastered sitting unaided now,she has amazing balance.I love her so much and her little chunky legs even if she can be the grumpiest baby going some days.
Madison is getting cheekier by the day,her speech is amazing and so clear.As it was my birthday she picked me a cinderella card and give it to me in the morning and said "Mummys birthday card,signed it" then i asked her who it was on it she replied "Barbie?" I said "no sweetie its Cinderella" she then replied "ooo we watched that film the other day".I can't believe she's only 2 she acts alot older!.
I had a quiet birthday,i just got myself a new piercing-Septum! which i love and some new clothes,i then went out for a lovely indian with some friends,it was nice to have some time out of the house without the kids.

Growing up so quick.

Olivia will be 7 months old next week,and has mastered sitting unaided for a good 5 minutes that is until she loses her balance lol.
I am also 22 next week eek,i feel old! Plans for my birthday have been left in ruin due to Paul's work being arseholes (excuse my french).Thankfully the lovely lady who owns the cottage has said we can go later in the year.So instead I'm getting my septum pierced and going out for a meal with friends,god knows how Olivia will be.A complete nightmare i imagine but Paul will have to manage haha.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Madison!

My baby girl is now 2! She would of been 7 hours old this time two years ago,i cant believe how fast it has gone.
We filled the whole of downstairs with balloons and hid her presents in the balloons she was so excited bless.She has been cooking me toast all morning with her play toaster lol even asks if i would like butter on it lol.
Were taking her to a soft play centre now instead of the farm as its so icy and cold.I'm sure she will love it just as much!
Today so far shes had het favourite breakfast-sausage on toast and wibbly wobbly (jelly) lol

Halloween,Bonfire Night

Madison really enjoyed it this year shes growing up so fast its unbelieveable that it was nearly two years ago she come into the world.We dressed Madison up as a witch for Halloween and Olivia was a little pumpkin they looked sooooo cute! We had a relatively quiet Halloween this year just went to Pauls sister's who had a little party.
Bonfire night we went up werneth low and i couldnt believe how much Madison enjoyed it she kept saying "more bang" then saying all the colours! We had fish and chips also mm Olivia will be able to join us in eating next year lol
Im definately going to give baby led weaning a go! I just wish id knew a bit more about it with Madison as i weaned her at 17 weeks which is quite early.I'm not going to wean Olivia until she is 6 months and then i'm not going to stress out about how much food she is getting as her main source will still be breastmilk.
Madisons birthday is now in just over 3 weeks and were going to take her to a farm as she loves animals and making animal noises lol we've been before but not for a good few months.Then were going to treat her to pizza hut.I'm also going to fill the whole of downstairs with balloons which she will love i cant wait to see her little face!

Well its 9.48..Olivia is asleep snoring her head off and still full of a cold bless and Madison is looking out the window for Daddy..i think she will be waiting a while lol.Madison is on the mend though so that is good.

Its halloween soon and im really excited teehee more excited for Christmas though as this will be Madisons 3rd Christmas even though she will only be 2..in 5 weeks may i add!
Time goes way too quick,im cherishing every moment i have with Olivia whilst shes tiny as we wont be having anymore babies for a while.I need to concentrate on passing my driving test and getting a good job.
