Well it has been a month of ups and downs.
All of us have a horrible sickness bug with Liv being the worse with it.It was awful we then all got colds.I am hoping now we all don't get anything for a while!.
The girls are great,Liv's speech and understanding is coming on leaps and bounds.Just in the last month she has been saying "taste" "nice" "dog" "sheez" meaning cheese and "sheets" for sweets lol.Olivia has also started with the tantrums and just general naughtyness.She even bit Madison the other day and left quite a substantial bruise,Madison was distraught,all she wanted to so was look out the window with Liv.I am hoping it is just a phase and not an early start of the terrible 2s.
Madison never fails to amaze me with things she comes out with each day.She is such a little girl and hates being called a toddler lol.I took her to gymnastics the other day with the childminder who pays for it as part of the EYFS grant.At first she was very shy and just sat down and wouldn't join in.A while later she had a go of some of the equipment with the teachers and loved it,they even do that little stance at the end of a move which is so cute to see!.Madison has been going swimming and has gained her second certificate which in order to get she had to do a task underwater?.
I started volunteering on the 8th and have now done 3 weeks.At first it was quite nerve racking but I am getting the hang of it now.Everyone is so nice and it confirmed to me that nursing is 100% what I want to do.I know it will be hard but I will get there!
I still am waiting to hear about my hours from work which I think is pretty ridiculous!.I can't see why it is taking so bloody long,i am shattered when I get home a Tuesday night at 8.30pm and have to have me and the kids up and out for 7.30am the following day!.
That is about it really unless I have forgotten something!.

Why oh why oh why.
Sigh.
Bit of an update.As you know I tried changing my working pattern so I can put the girls to bed.I asked my manager and he said they had been refused as I hadn't hit my target!.
Well I went and had a huge rant at HR who are not mutual and they said they would look into it.
A week later my manager has been sacked? (some are saying he has resigned,but I don't believe it.) and on Tuesday morning I recieved a brand new flexible working hours form to fill out!.
Apparently HR never recieved my first application so it looks like ex manager has just binned it and made his own decision.I am fuming but hopefully now we will get somewhere!.
I just hate that place!.
On another note it seems a year of pregnancies again,everyone is pregnant it feels like,work colleagues,friends,online friends!..I though will NOT be having a 2012 baby,if I ever get broody I remind myself of the sleepless nights which I am still experiencing lol.But good luck to them,i do miss pregnancy and birth but it just doesn't agree with me.
Update on the girls.
Madison needs a haircut! 3 years old and all she needs is just a trim of her fringe bless.She is growing up so fast,i can't believe she will be at school next September!.
We are fully toilet trained in the day now with very little accidents,maybe once every few days when she has had too much to drink in a short period of time.Madisons nappies are still very full in the morning so I think she won't be dry at night for a while yet even though she is requesting to wear knickers at night.
Olivia is doing great also,16 months now and still in 9-12 month clothes,she is such a dinky dot but makes up for it with her amazing personality.She knows her own mind that is for sure,her favourite word is "naw" for no lol this gets used alot during the day mostly during nappy changes!.I felt awful today Liv had her first bust lip at playgroup! She fell over and banged her cheek and lip,bless,She is okay now but it was such a shock!
I am off to read a book now I have wanted for ages-the girl with the dragon tattoo! Hehe.

updates.
Well my last post was December 1st and it's now the 26th!.
In between we have had Madisons 3rd birthday,horrible drainage problems and Christmas.
Madison had an amazing 3rd birthday and was well and truly spoilt.She loved her little party,being the centre of attention dressed as a princess complete with princess castle cake!.It was so funny when we started singing happy birthday she ran away and went all grumpy lol until she seen her cake and was beaming with smiles,so glad I got it on film.It was an improvement on last years as Madison actually cried when we sang and brought her cake in,she never has been one for singing.
Liv is doing brilliantly,coming on so much especially with her speech,new words this week were "teddy" and "seetie" for sweetie lol,she also understands commands like "go and lie down whilst I change your bum" or "go and get me the wipes/teddy please".
We have had some disgusting going ons with our drains,in the past 3 weeks it has been blocked twice resulting in raw sewage in the yard!.The system is backfalling which means the water is running back towards the house instead of away.I really have come to hate this house,this on top of the black mould and shoddy workmanship.I just cannot wait to move to my nans,we have decided to save for a mortgage instead of getting a council house as were sick of renting!.We are hopefully moving in March.
Christmas was great with Madison having a real understanding this year.She watched her message from father Christmas online then left him some milk and cookies out.For the reindeers,marshmellows and carrots were left out.6am came and Madison was straight downstairs to see if he had been lol,Liv gave the presents a good opening too.We had a 3 bird roast for dinner this year,it wad so nice and better than dry turkey.It was Livs first Christmas dinner and she thoroughly enjoyed it along with chocolate pudding and ice cream for afters.
I will have to upload some pictures when I come online,the girls look so alike!.

Oh blog how neglected you have been.I am sorry.
Whoa an update is LONG overdue!
Major milestones that have happened since the last update-Olivia is now crawling! and a right little speed demon she is too,she also is starting to pull to stand and has four teeth!.She is so different to Madison who didn't start doing this till 11 months.I'm not used to such a small baby crawling around lol.She also says "mummuma,dadada,iiiyaaa and nanana".
Liv also had her 8-12 month check on Tuesday and all is well although her weight gain is a bit slow i'm not concerned she is meeting development milestones and still getting mummy milk plus she eats for England so i imagine she just burns alot off lol.
Madison is doing great also although she doesn't like sleeping in her own room at the moment as she thinks there are monsters in there-bless! So she has been sleeping in our room something we are going to tackle tomorrow-wish me luck! lol.Madison's speech has always been good but now it is amazing,i love our little conversations and sing alongs,her favourite song at the moment is ba ba black sheep :) she sings this word for word and even says "one for incy spider"-too cute!

Now myself i'm doing good,i try not to let my job get me own but it's so hard when it is the most boring job going and you have someone lurking over your back to see if you have got your sales for the day.I did get a job offer from a care company but they operate on a zero hours contract which is useless so i am only doing bank work for them.I need to do an unpaid training course with them then i can start but they rang me the other day saying they couldn't get a reference from one of my previous jobs and could i chase it up.Eh? that is what your paid for!
I think for the moment being i am going to concentrate on doing my driving lessons,i just need to do something proactive.I feel such a failure i am no where near what i want to be and i want my girls to be proud of me.

Where to begin?
I am now back at work,i had to do 2.5 weeks of training which was sheer hell,thankfully it has been done now and i got 97% in my home insurance regulations exam and 100% in my financial services license exam :).Nothing at work changes except the faces as the place has such a high turnover rate,they are not too happy that i am back at work a breastfeeding mama,i even had to go home on day 1 as they had no where for me to express,even had the cheek to suggest the toilet!!! Since then they have upped their game and booked a meeting room for me every day.I love finishing at 8pm going home then feeding my Liv she's usually asleep but i wake her up as she doesn't have much milk at the childminders usually 2-3oz.
Update on the kids.
Olivia has got her FIRST tooth,it is so cute! and took what seems like forever to come through seeing as Madison had a couple at this stage.You can just see it on this picture,it's her bottom front left one.
Olivia is still trying her hardest to crawl,she gets on all fours,starts rocking but has one foot stuck and just can't fathom it out.She will do it in her own time.
Madison is a nightmare at the moment,she really has got the terrible 2s.Everynight for the past i'd say four weeks she has woken up only one to two hours after going to bed screaming and moaning to come down or go into our bed.She then has taken a good 45 minutes to put back to sleep.It's either this or she will be a nightmare to put to sleep,last night read her 7 stories,yes 7 and she wanted more,i said "no" and went out of the room and she went CRAZY! The only thing that got her back into bed was me telling her i was going to take her beloved "bun bun" away which i feel mean for saying but it worked!
Her speech is coming on more and more,earlier in the bath she got on all fours and said "Look mummy i am swimming like a fish" hehe so cute.
This was her the other day at the park,they've just put loads of new stuff in including 3 slides,she loves it!

Big update!
Not been on here for a while so i guess its not a pregnancy blog anymore lol seeing as Olivia was born 05/09/2010 5 days late at home weighing 8lb 11oz and delivered by her daddy!

Being a mother of two is great but hard word!.I love seeing Madison with Olivia..i can't imagine what there going to be like next year lol when Madison is 3 and Olivia is one!
Just booked Olivia for her first set of immunisations on the 12th Nov which is also including my 6 week postnatal check even though that will be more than 10 weeks post partum silly drs lol.
